Coming from the San Gorgonio Wilderness to the San Gorgonio Pass, Dr. Sobotka is excited to join the team at Banning Veterinary Hospital. He completed undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University, where he studied fragile ecosystems in urban settings, before earning a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Midwestern University in 2019.

He has a passion for working with animals of all kinds and is dedicated to partnering with pet owners to achieve the best possible outcomes through compassionate care and client education. His current areas of interest include surgery and urgent care.

Outside of work, Dr. Sobotka enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids, wandering through the surrounding forests with his 2 year old Belgian Malinois mix Ozzy, fishing, and relaxing with a good book.
