Dr. Horlock was born and raised in California, where her passion for animals first took root. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in General Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and went on to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine.

Driven by a deep love for animals, Dr. Horlock is committed to providing compassionate, attentive care to every patient she meets. She believes every pet deserves to have their needs heard—especially because they can’t speak for themselves—and she strives to advocate for their well-being at every step.

When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Horlock enjoys spending quality time with her family (pets included!) and unwinding with a good board game.
